The destruction of the old building In the territory of the new residential complex One was successfully completed in August and September. This major step was taken as part of the renovation project and the creation of a modern, comfortable residential complex has begun.
Active cleaning process of the construction site included - removing building materials and dismantling of building structures. Each work was carried out by experienced specialists and was accomplished in compliance with the required safety measures.
We are currently preparing for the next stage of the project “One”, which includes the preparation of the ground for the foundation and the creation of the piles. This stage also includes formation of a foundation pit, which is the most important step in the process of creating a reliable and solid foundation for the construction of a residential complex.
